Consultant/Resourcer (360 consultants, Acct Mgrs, Resourcers) 1 on 1 coaching includes 1 hour face to face session and each session is recorded so you can review. Focus is on productivity through activity.

* Recruitment School Coaching Terms & Conditions

  • Any pricing provided is to be used as a guide only and is subject to change based on project
  • Coaching is designed with the desired outcome in mind as a result - there is no "one size fits all" and each session is bespoke
  • Coaching for Operational Staff (Consultants/Resourcers etc) is only available to those who have completed the Recruitment NINJA™ program.
  • No refunds or credits for no shows or cancellations of booked coaching sessions within 24hrs of appointment. Sessions that have been cancelled outside of 24 hrs from time of meeting can be rescheduled. 
  • All participants in Recruitment School agree to abide by the Recruitment School Coaching Code of Conduct (to be provided to all "coachees" prior to the start of any Coaching) and understand that breaches of the Coaching Code of Conduct may result in the termination of the coaching agreement.
  • No Coaching will commence before payment
  • All rates are in AUD$ and are excluding GST for Australian based organisations
  • A request for coaching must be accepted by Recruitment School. Spaces are limited and as a result there could be a delay in commencement time.
  • Coaching sessions are held between the hours of 8am and 4pm M-F Aust Eastern Standard or Daylight Time. Any sessions required outside of this time may attract a loading.

 

Please note: we are very selective of who we work with. If we feel that you are "un-coachable", we will not accept the role. Why would anyone be "un-coachable"? Ego! They (Ego's) are rife in our market and ego is the biggest barrier to development.

Here is an example: lets call him Jack (obviously not his real name) who called us recently and said

Jack: "I don't think you can teach me anything as I have been in the industry for probably longer than you, but I want you to teach my people but I want you to teach my people  my way as I do this better than anyone else in the market"

Steve: "Ok no problem. Jack, out of curiosity, how long have you been in the industry? 

Jack: "Nearly three years now!"

Steve: "wow, that long! Tell me something, from your time running a desk, tell me what the relationship is between activity and GP?

Jack: "I don't know what you are talking about. What do you mean GP?"

Steve: "Gross Profit"

Jack: "I don't think there is a relationship, you either bill or you don't"

Steve: "You obviously do have a good grasp on the mechanics of the recruitment industry so you're right Jack, with that level of experience I would not be able to teach you anything and unfortunately we don't teach your system so we will not be able to help you."
